1. Title + Date+ time ChancE - NFE Methods for all

2. Background Starting with definition of NFE it is clear that this approach is for anyone who thinks that the topic is a need and that can take a part voluntarily. Until now this educational approach became a tool for many youngsters to develop their life skills. Especially those who could not find an opportunity to be in the formal education setting (Studying at schools) found this opportunity very useful in their lives because they could take part in any training without being asked if they were graduated from any formal school.
Other then that the methods of NFE are very interesting and useful that they focus so much on the process and can evaluate their learning achievements or to plan their learning’s.
Musa can say from his own reality that lots of youngsters with different backgrounds developed their skills and changed their lives by using the outcomes after the trainings they have received with NFE approach.
3. Aims to discuss and share experiences on how to use and promote these approach for disadvantage youngsters and youth organizations who has this target. In brief this is a strong tool to remove most of the barriers such as language, lack of expression, formality, etc, in education.
Here we can also discuss the role of NFE and its methods in Inclusion.
4. Objectives - to give core elements about what NFE is;
- to analyse the concept of “social inclusion” with the European participant-trainers of TALE and the visitors of the OLW ;
- to share experiences and practices on how to involve young people with less opportunities in the framework of NFE methods;
- identifying the difficulties and the resolutions
5. Methodology and methods (proposed and used) 1. Intro of what is NFE /- presentation of the different vidéos we did in the Seminar 2 in Berlin
2. Brainstorming on the concept of “social Inclusion” : all participant will write few words or sentences on what it means for them and to which target group they refer to;
A representative of SALTO Inclusion can give a feed back + the facilitators;
3. depending on the number of pax, it would be interesting to divide them in intercultural sub-groups to discuss and share experiences on how to use and promote the NFE approach for disadvantage youngsters and youth organizations
4. presentation of their work in plenary
5. feed back of other participants, with comments

6. Programme 1. showing 1 vidéo : 5 mns
2. reflecting + writing : 10 mns
3. splitting the pax in sub groups (depending how many they are..) : 45 mns

7. Outcomes (Résultats) Identified experiences on how to use and promote the NFE approach for disadvantage young people or youth NGO working in this field

- A representative from SALTO Inclusion;
- Testimonies of young people so called “with less opportunities”;
